Senior Email Marketing Manager

The Senior Email Marketing Manager will be seen as the key person responsible for campaign implementation and ongoing governance.

Main Responsibilities:

The role is to lead the implementation of e-mail or direct mail campaigns in our client’s marketing / program strategies by:

- Directly overseeing and executing the designed campaigns including helping coordinate eventual modification and optimization of those in-market programs
- Architecting the appropriate campaign management logic and assets, as well as associated data management & integration approaches.
- Working closely with third-party providers to facilitate proper execution of all campaigns in accordance with industry best practices.

In doing so, the Senior Email Marketing Specialist will work closely with Account and Project Management Teams, leads from our company and be a “Key Resource” in ensuring that our marketing campaigns have maximum effectiveness and positive impact for our client and their target customers.

The Senior Associate also simultaneously supports multiple projects in a number of verticals. 
The majority of the efforts will be focused on managing our campaign execution efforts across primarily the online (e.g. e-mail) channel. 
In essence, this role is responsible for the proper execution of client programs relative to the client’s / brand’s goals and appropriate / preferred marketing platforms.



Internet Marketing Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

- At Least 4 years of experience
- Experience of Development & management complex websites
- Understanding of web development process (structure creation, design, coding, etc)
- Advanced experience in website design, maintenance, content development & SEO
- Development & maintenance unique market research, analytical, sales & web reports
- Implementation & management multivariate & A/B test marketing strategies
- Press release, article submission, & content syndication experience
- Online lead & demand generation, management & follow up
- Email marketing, form submissions, & list building campaigns
- Social media, mobile marketing, & PR campaign resources
- Ability to work under pressure, independently or as a team player, unsupervised
- Possess excellent time management & multi-tasking skills.

Senior Graphic Designer

Main Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Graphic Designer is to design, develop and prepare required artwork. Creative projects will be assigned across a spectrum of communication disciplines with a focus online advertising and ecommerce.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a leading art college and/or university graphic design related program
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: interactive, agency creative and graphic design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web design and online marketing
- Thorough understanding of online graphic design best practices
- Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
- Ability to create superior, original designs for the Web
- Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet
- Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts
- Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them
- Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of Website structure and functionality
- Strong understanding of Graphic Design Standards
- Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media

The lead social media strategist will  manage and execute social media governance for our multiple websites and online channels.
You are an experienced professional who drives business results through applied experience in social listening platforms, in building communities and in engaging online audiences. 
With a full understanding of social networks, you can create social programs that target and maximize the reach of brands or specific communications campaigns. 
You excel at working with other communicators to incorporate social strategies as part of larger integrated programs that include traditional media relations, public relations, websites and other digital activations, advertising and mobile technologies. 
Already an expert at conceiving and executing targeted social strategies plus measuring the results and tracking them for further segmentation.

Responsibilities:

- Visualize, develop and execute social programs as part of larger integrated marketing strategies
- Develop social media strategies that support the agency’s commitment to creating message-driven communications across a variety of platforms and channels
- Serve as one of the social media and social business leaders
- Advance the agency’s strategic point of view relative to the continuing evolution of social media technologies and techniques and their impact on consumer behaviours, the creation of brand value
- Direct social media strategy, counsel, tactics and measurement for new business opportunities
- Analyze social media monitoring tools to identify trends, establish future key messages, gather insights and provide value to clients
- Supervise, mentor and train a team of social communicators
- Manage project deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Engage in ideation, brainstorming and new methods of social media executions
- Seek out thought leadership opportunities for presenting the agency’s social experiences and point of view

Requirements and Qualifications:

An experienced professional engaged in social networks, digital media, online forums and blogging

- A minimum of 8 years of communications background in integrated marketing, public relations, advertising or digital communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Experience across social media platforms such as microblogging (Twitter) and mobile image location-based services (Instagram) along with content sharing sites including Facebook, YouTube, Flickr and resources such as Quora or other online forums
- Knowledge of how to integrate communications strategies across several channels, specifically earned, shared and owned media
- Skills in creating social initiatives that meet brand objectives along with increasing web traffic, boosting sales, producing a return on investment and/or demonstrating measurable consumer awareness
- Familiarity with leading social listening platforms and able to analyze, measure and report on engagement with social programs
- Experience in educating clients and internal teams on social trends, tools and programs
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Proven leadership of teams
